
You begin to carve a pumpkin by cutting a hole in the top, so then you can dig in and clean out all the "goo" and seeds.
After all the inside is cleaned out, and you have a design drawn on the
pumpkin, you begin carving away
until you're all done!!
The end result(s):

Easy as PUMPKIN PIE!!!

The pumpkins turned out pretty good for lumpy, bumpy pumpkins. Next year we'll have to do better.
