Crazy Weather!!!

So, when I woke up this morning, and opened up the blinds to let in the sunshine, all I got was a snowy picture outside. Yes, can you believe that? Snow Again!!! The crazy weather of Colorado. On Monday it was almost in the 70's, and the kids and I spent most of the day outside. So, of course, I got spring fever, and was ready to break out all the shorts, capris, and sandals for me and the kids. But then, it was too good to be true. Tuesday and Wednesday were both nasty days with the beastly winds that we are so lucky to have. And now today, SNOW!!! Can it just hurry up and be summer? Oh, yeah, that doesn't happen until about July!!
When Hayden saw that it was snowing this morning, he said "Oh, it's Christmas time again!!!" And he also thought it was a good reason to stay home from school (he's had enough already). On Monday he told me, I don't have to go to school anymore. And I then had to disappoint him by telling him he still had a few more weeks. I think one reason (out of several) he's ready to be done is: During March, I had told him Papa Mike and Nana would be coming out to visit in 2 months after school gets out. And he kept telling everyone, Papa Mike and Nana are coming in 2 weeks, and I would tell him No, they are coming out in 2 months, when you are out of school. I'm just as anxious to see them and my brother's family as he is. The end of May just can't come soon enough. -- Anyways, I just had to "vent" about how crazy this weather is and how it is driving me crazy. You just never know what tomorrow will bring!!!
